Why Choose Kryptos Rebar is reflected in our ability to create seamless coordination between clients, internal detailing teams, fabrication units, and on-site execution teams. Our structured engineering workflow ensures that every stage of the project is aligned with design intent, constructability requirements, and execution efficiency.
From receiving structural inputs to preparing shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and fabrication-ready detailing, our team follows a process-driven system that minimizes communication gaps, reduces rework, and improves project delivery timelines.
The client initiates the project by providing all required project inputs, including structural and architectural drawings. They define the project scope, timelines, and expectations, and are responsible for approving deliverables at key stages of the workflow.
The Project Manager holds overall responsibility for the project. They define the scope, schedule, and milestones, coordinate directly with the client, and manage internal resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
The Team Leader breaks the project into manageable zones or elements and assigns tasks to the detailing team. They ensure adherence to modeling standards, drawing consistency, and provide first-level technical supervision throughout the project.

Rebar Detailers prepare shop drawings and Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for assigned elements. They model slabs, beams, columns, footings, and implement revisions based on internal and client markups.

The Checker performs an independent technical review of all drawings and schedules. They verify bar sizes, spacing, laps, covers, BBS accuracy, and compliance with applicable design codes such as ACI, BS, and CRSI, identifying any coordination or detailing issues.
Once all checker comments are resolved, the Team Leader or Project Manager conducts the final internal review and approves the drawings for submission to the client or consulting engineer.
The approved drawings are submitted to the client or engineer for review. Any RFIs or comments are addressed, and final approval is obtained before proceeding to fabrication.
The fabrication and site teams use the approved shop drawings and BBS for bar cutting, bending, and placement. This stage ensures accurate execution of reinforcement works as per the approved design and detailing.
